Fees vary by matter type. Conveyancing and property transactions follow the Solicitors’ Remuneration Order. Employment and contract matters are billed hourly or at a fixed fee agreed in advance. We provide a written fee estimate before any work begins — no surprise bills.

Yes. While our office is in Kuala Lumpur, we act for clients across Malaysia including Selangor, Penang, Johor Bahru, and East Malaysia. Many property and employment matters can be managed remotely with attendance only where hearings require it.

Our team works in Bahasa Malaysia and English. We can also accommodate clients who prefer Mandarin or Tamil for initial discussions. All formal documents are prepared in Bahasa Malaysia or English as required by the relevant authority or court.

For most new matters we can complete intake and a conflicts check within one business day and begin substantive work immediately thereafter. Urgent matters — particularly Industrial Court deadlines or property completion dates — should be flagged clearly in your inquiry and followed up by phone.
